Finding the Right Approach

Situation:  My wife and I are both trying to lose weight. She spent a lot of time trying to find the best weight-loss program so that we could do this together. We have been following the meal plans and both of us have lost some weight. But I am getting really tired of having to make so many food choices and paying such close attention to how much I eat. However, my wife loves it,
and it seems to be perfect for her. Is there an approach that might work better for me?

Strategies: The saying “different strokes for different folks” is cer- tainly true when it comes to eating for weight loss. Thats  why Weight Watchers offers two approaches.  So ask your wife and your- self this question: When it comes to my diet, how do I define free- dom? Is it being free to eat any food that I want yet knowing that I will need to keep track of my choices so that I’ll still be losing weight? Or is freedom eating from a list of wholesome, nutritious foods so that I am satisfied and losing weight without the need to keep track? Sounds as though your wife would say yes to the first part of the question and you would say yes to the second part.
