According to a Weight Watchers study, while women said they were tired of dieting, men did not. Given that men prefer to exercise rather than restrict their eating, that is not that surprising. Studies also show that fewer men than women diet.
The problem with the exercise-only approach, though, is that if guys want to lose more weight, they are going to need to bite the bullet and start taking in fewer calories— that’s the only way to lose a substantial amount of weight.
