Weight Watchers conducted a study to learn more about womens and mens attitudes about what it takes to lose weight. They discovered that one of the main differences between women and men has to do with dieting: women said they were “sick of doing it,but men did not have a similar reaction. Chances are that the typical woman has made a lot more weight-loss attempts than the average guy.
But womenshould hang in there because they are headed down the right weight-
loss path. The reality is that the only way to lose weight is to eat less and, as the extra pounds disappear, continue to watch what you eat and exercise
