Need some help translating the exercise lingo?

Heres what some of the key terms really mean:
moderate intensity physical activity: A person exercising at this level should experience some increase in his or her breathing or heart rate. While working out at a moderate intensity level, its fairly easy to carry on a conversation. Moderate-intensity activities include walking briskly, mowing the lawn, dancing, swimming, and bicycling on level terrain.
vigorous intensity physical activity: A person exercising at this level should experience a large increase in breathing or heart rate. Conversation while working out is difficult or broken. Examples of vigorous-intensity exercise are jogging, mowing the lawn with a push mower, high-impact aerobic dancing, swimming continuous laps, bicycling uphill, and carrying more than 25 pounds up a flight of stairs.regular physical activity: Physical activity is considered regular if it is performed most days of the week, preferably daily; five or more times for moderate-intensity activities, three or more times for vig- orous intensity activities.
