I think you're awesome, and very pretty (even in the vids w/o
makeup) and I'm inspired by your dedication to maintaining your physique. I
could afford to lose a little weight, but I LOVE pizza and steak and pasta.
What do you tell yourself to stay on track? How did you originally transition
your diet? Did you replace one meal at a time, every couple weeks? Start by
replacing your snacks, and get rid of tempting junk food? You crack me up lady, but
it's great to see
